Reynold strongly believes that a portfolio is more than numbers – it absolutely must reflect the goals and life vision of the people it represents. Therefore, he advises new immigrants, business owners, retirees, and young families on how to secure and protect a solid financial future. Since 2014, Reynold has rapidly developed his path in the financial industry. A graduate of the University of Waterloo, he is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Reynold has obtained the industry designations of Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM), and Fellow of CSI (FCSI). He is fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Reynold is a frequent guest speaker on investing and financial planning. He also regularly hosts events for new and existing clients to help them feel more informed and confident when they are faced with making financial decisions.
Born in Canada and raised in Hong Kong, Reynold is a proud father of two young children, Lucas and Chloe, and husband to Kelly. He believes deeply in giving back to his community as a volunteer with charitable and not-for-profit organizations, such as the Canadian Cancer Society, RBC Run for the Cure, North York Harvest Food Bank, the Cambridge Charity Golf Event and St. John Ambulance.
With what little time is left, you can find Reynold pursuing his love of travel, racquet sports, or an occasional game of golf.

Minzheng has obtained the Certified Investment Manager (CIM) designation and Fellow of CSI (FCSI), the highest honour in financial services. In addition to investment management services, Minzheng works with the experts of RBC Wealth Management to design your personalized, detailed wealth strategy. Whether you require advanced tax strategies and retirement planning or sophisticated insurance and estate planning solutions, he and his partners have the expertise and resources to help.
Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities, Minzheng spent eight years at another leading Canadian financial institution. He was born in China, raised in Montreal, and now calls Toronto home. Fluent in English, French and Mandarin, Minzheng is grateful to have had the chance to experience many different cultures and is always looking to broaden his horizons.
An avid reader of history and philosophy, Minzheng is also an enthusiast of science and technology. He likes to travel, explore the outdoors with his Siberian Husky, cook, and cheer on the Habs. Minzheng is passionate about empowering others through financial literacy and supports children’s causes with his spouse, who is a pediatric dentist.

Every family deserves a custom wealth financial plan, and that’s where all the magic starts. After immigrating to Canada in her teens, Nelly saw the struggles her parents went through without proper planning and decided to pursue a career in the finance industry to help guide families in growing and protecting their wealth.
Prior to joining our team, Nelly spent over a decade in personal banking, helping clients develop their financial plans and strategies to do more with their hard-earned savings. She has obtained her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She feels that a deeper knowledge of the industry builds a more solid understanding of the markets, thus helping clients steer toward their ideal lifestyles.
Nelly loves traditional Chinese art, so she paints and practices calligraphy in her leisure time. She firmly believes the ten-thousand-hours theory that time and relentless practice will eventually lead to mastery.

With more than a decade of experience advising prominent global families and entrepreneurs, Daisy brings deep expertise in private banking and family office leadership to her role. Before relocating to Toronto with her family, she served as Executive Director at a Hong Kong–based multi-family office, where she guided sophisticated cross-border wealth strategies for ultra-high-net-worth clients worldwide. Daisy also spent many years as a Private Banker with the leading Swiss institution, partnering with families to preserve, grow, and transition their wealth across generations. Having spent part of her early life in the United States, Daisy offers clients a truly global perspective, blending international expertise with a nuanced understanding of family dynamics and long-term legacy planning. She is recognized for her thoughtful, integrated approach to wealth stewardship, drawing on both her professional experience and her personal passion for music and psychology to bring unique insight and empathy to client relationships.

Hua is instrumental in ensuring that our team delivers comprehensive and seamless wealth management solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Drawing on her deep understanding of operations, investment strategies, and client service excellence, she provides clarity and confidence throughout each stage of the wealth management journey. A graduate of Dalhousie University, where she studied finance and developed a strong appreciation for the Canadian East Coast, Hua began her career at a self-directed brokerage firm. There, she gained extensive experience in helping clients navigate complex investment strategies, including derivatives. Outside of her professional role, Hua leads an active lifestyle as an avid skier and tennis player. She is passionate about creative expression through music and is committed to giving back to her community, actively supporting local initiatives and children’s causes.
